The variety forms a dense stand of dark green color with a fine leaf texture, comparable to Kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass. It possesses the ability for self-repair through rhizomes. The growth rate of the above-ground part is slow; initial emergence occurs in 7–12 days.

The plant possesses high resistance to trampling, drought, heat, soil salinity, and shading. It exhibits significant resistance to brown patch, Pythium, and leaf spot. The variety is suitable for use on sports facilities and golf courses, withstanding a mowing height of up to 20–30 mm.
