The variety was obtained through the selection of elite shoots exhibiting pronounced turf properties. The plant belongs to the spreading type, forms underground rhizomes, and is distinguished by active root system growth, which ensures turf density and its recovery.
The plant possesses high resistance to summer droughts and is capable of maintaining performance indicators in conditions of low soil fertility, shading, salinity, and intensive use. The variety is endophyte-enhanced, which increases its resistance to the impact of pests and negative external factors.
