The variety forms a dense sward and possesses a fine-leaf texture of dark-green color. The plants are capable of forming short rhizomes, which contributes to recovery after damage and improvement of sod cohesion. The variety belongs to slow-growing types of lawn grasses, which reduces the need for frequent mowing.

The plants are distinguished by good resistance to diseases, in particular to Rhizoctonia. A high level of endophyte content provides additional resistance to stress factors and pests. The variety is intended for areas with high traffic, such as sports fields and public zones, as well as for territories requiring drought-tolerant plants.
