The variety is a turf-type cultivar of tall fescue. Unlike forage types of the crop, this form is adapted to regular mowing and forms a high-quality sod cover suitable for use in parks and landscape gardening.

The plant is intended for maintenance at a low mowing height. The variety underwent comprehensive trials, during which indicators of turf quality, genetic color, drought tolerance, and the ability to maintain aesthetic appeal under various operating conditions were evaluated.
