The variety forms a compact and dense stand. It possesses increased resistance to brown rust, Pythium root rot, and net blotch, and contains an endophyte that increases resistance to surface pests.

Intended for creating lawns in private plots, parks, and sports facilities. The recommended mowing height is from 2.5 to 7.5 cm. It can be used both independently and as part of grass mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass or perennial ryegrass.
