The variety forms a dense turf with fine, dark green leaves. It possesses high wear tolerance and the ability to maintain its ornamental qualities for a long period.

The plant is resistant to a complex of diseases, including rust, leaf spot, and red thread. Due to its drought tolerance and high density, the variety is used for creating ornamental, sports, and landscape lawns, including in arid regions.
