The variety possesses sufficient turf density and the ability to compete successfully with weeds. During the winter period, it maintains a pale green color. It is distinguished by high resistance to major lawn diseases with relatively low wear tolerance.

The plant is intended for landscaping dry areas and often acts as a component of professional lawn mixtures, where it is combined with other tall fescue varieties and Kentucky bluegrass.
