The variety belongs to the group of lawn tall fescues. A distinctive feature is the presence of lateral rhizomes, which contributes to rapid rooting, high stand density, and effective self-repair. The plant has a dark green color and a prostrate growth habit.

The variety possesses high resistance to trampling and drought. Due to slow vertical growth, the need for frequent mowing is reduced. Intended for the establishment of sports turf, sod production in rolls, as well as landscaping of private and municipal territories.
