The variety is intended for use as turf grass. Research confirms its high wear resistance under intensive mechanical mowing, including the use of robotic lawn mowers.

The plant possesses marked resistance to rust and red thread. The selection of the variety is aimed at forming thinner leaves and a dense, aesthetic sod compared to wild forms of the species.

The heading date is approximately 45 days after April 1, which allows the variety to be classified as mid-season in the turf grass group.
