The variety is intended for creating professional and decorative lawns on private plots, in parks, on playgrounds, and at sports facilities. It combines high wear resistance, allowing its use on football fields, with decorative qualities, maintaining a dark green color during summer and winter periods.

The plant possesses a developed root system, ensuring a high ability to tolerate arid conditions. The variety exhibits excellent resistance to such common lawn grass diseases as rust, Fusarium, and leaf spot caused by Drechslera.
