The variety forms a dense stand with dark green leaf color. It possesses good cover density throughout all seasons and high seed germination energy.

The plant is characterized by high wear tolerance and the ability for rapid recovery due to aggressive tillering. A deep root system ensures good tolerance to heat and drought.

The variety demonstrates high resistance to major diseases, including brown rust, leaf spot, and Pythium root rot.
