The variety forms a dense turf and possesses aggressive tillering. Characterized by rapid rooting: emergence is noted in 7–10 days, and the first mowing is possible 21–28 days after sowing.
The plant possesses pronounced resistance to drought and mechanical stress, which allows it to be used for creating lawns, park areas and sports grounds. The variety is endophyte-positive and requires low rates of nitrogen fertilizer application.
