The variety is intended for creating dense grass cover in home gardens, sports fields, parks, and commercial areas, as well as for sod production.
The plant has a low crown profile, which contributes to reducing the volume of clippings during mowing. Thanks to selective breeding, the variety demonstrates increased resistance to brown rust, which allows its use in regions with high humidity and hot climates.
