The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawns in sunny areas and partial shade. The plant is characterized by a dark green leaf color, excellent turf density, high salt tolerance, and the ability to adapt to a wide range of soil types and pH values.
The variety possesses complex resistance to brown, gray, and net blotch, as well as stem and crown rust. Water savings when using this variety reach 40% compared to standard varieties.
It is intended for landscaping sports fields, public parks, roadside areas, private territories, and sod production. The recommended seeding rate is 245–390 kg/ha, mowing height is 4–8 cm.
