The variety forms a dense stand with dark green leaves. The plant is characterized as a hardy and durable variety with high quality indicators.

The variety possesses high resistance to Laetisaria fuciformis and various types of rot. Due to its adaptability, it tolerates arid conditions and shading well.

Used for the creation of recreational lawns and areas with intensive loads, and is also included in specialized grass mixtures intended for slope stabilization.
