The variety is intended for creating sports, wear-resistant, and standard lawns, including as a component of mixtures for arid conditions. A distinctive feature of the variety is its medium-green leaf color, which simplifies the selection of components to achieve a uniform color in grass mixtures.

The variety possesses excellent stand density and high longevity in a lawn. It is characterized by high tolerance to rust and red thread, good resistance to leaf spot, and moderate resistance to Fusarium. It possesses high endurance to drought stress.
