The variety belongs to bunchgrasses and possesses good leaf density. The plant is distinguished by high adaptability to difficult conditions, including drought and low temperatures, as well as resistance to mechanical stress from trampling.

The variety possesses high production potential, providing a dry matter yield at the level of 12–14 t/ha and a seed yield from 800 to 1300 kg/ha. The plant is used for the formation of hayfields, pastures, the creation of lawns and the sodding of slopes.
