The plant belongs to the Turf Type Tall Fescue category. It forms a dense stand with fine-textured leaves of a deep dark green color. The crop is adapted to conditions of both full sun exposure and partial shade.

The variety possesses high heat and drought tolerance, as well as good resistance to diseases, in particular to brown patch. Due to its characteristics, the grass is suitable for landscaping parks, sports fields, golf courses, and high-traffic areas.
