The variety has very short vegetative growth: plant height without mowing usually does not exceed 140 mm. The sward has a dark green color, which is maintained throughout the year.
Plants are characterized by vigorous development at the establishment stage and high resistance to nutrient deficiency in the soil. The variety shows tolerance to drought, heat, and low doses of glyphosate.
The variety is intended for areas requiring minimal maintenance, including park zones, public facilities, and sites for reclamation. It can be used in grass mixtures, including in combination with wildflowers.
