The variety forms a low-growing and dense sward with thin dark green leaves that may acquire a golden-yellow hue after summer flowering. Due to its extremely slow growth, the variety requires infrequent mowing, and on poor soils, one mowing per year is sufficient.
The plant possesses high drought tolerance, shade tolerance, and resistance to diseases: dollar spot, leaf spot, and red thread. Glyphosate resistance allows the variety to be used for creating monoculture lawns where the herbicide is applied to control weeds without harming the sward.
