The variety has a fine leaf texture and is distinguished by high survival rates under low soil fertility. The plant has good recovery capacity after drought and resistance to a range of fungal pathogens characteristic of cool-season lawn grasses.

The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawn surfaces requiring minimal maintenance, including golf courses and roadside areas. Due to its shade tolerance and adaptability to poor soils, it is often used in various grass mixtures.
