The variety belongs to the creeping red fescue group and forms strong rhizomes, which ensures a compact growth habit and the ability to quickly recover turf. The leaves have a very fine texture. The modification of the variety named Florentine GT possesses increased salt tolerance.

The plant has a dark green color and forms a low-growing, fine-leaved lawn. Due to the slow growth rate, the variety requires less frequent mowing and fertilization. It is used in landscape design, on golf courses, and in areas with a low level of maintenance intensity.
