The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra ssp. commutata. It possesses high turf density, which prevents the spread of weeds and moss. It is distinguished by fine leaf texture.
Due to its ability to withstand intensive low mowing, the variety is used in grass mixtures for professional sports surfaces, including golf courses.
