The variety belongs to the Festuca rubra rubra subspecies and forms a dense stand with a fine leaf texture. The plant possesses developed creeping rhizomes, which contributes to rapid spreading and recovery of turf density.
It is characterized by high resistance to dollar spot, red thread, and summer patch. The variety shows good drought and salt tolerance, high wear tolerance, and tolerates shading. It can be used under low mowing and as a cover that does not require frequent mowing.
It is used for creating lawn covers in residential areas, park zones, golf course fairways, and for reclamation. The recommended seeding rate is 2–2.5 kg per 100 m²; in grass mixtures, a share of up to 1/3 of the composition is recommended to improve the quality of the cover on poor soils.
