The variety is intended for creating lawn covers. It forms thick and dense turf, is characterized by fine-leaved foliage, and demonstrates good wear resistance when used in seed mixtures subjected to mechanical loads.
The plant possesses high winter hardiness and drought tolerance. The variety is capable of tolerating shading, due to which it is often used in mixtures for gardens and shaded areas.
