The variety is specialized for use in lawn grass mixtures. During variety trials, it was evaluated based on indicators of visual appeal, shoot density, and resistance to diseases, particularly red thread.

As a representative of the species Festuca rubra, the variety possesses good shade tolerance and drought tolerance. Due to the presence of rhizomes, it forms a dense sod and exhibits resistance to frequent and low mowing.
