The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra rubra and is a creeping red fescue. The plant has a high capacity for forming dense turf due to the presence of rhizomes, which allows it to effectively fill gaps in the stand.
In studies, the variety shows high turf density and demonstrates resistance to red thread at the level of modern standards for turf grasses. Used as a component for the formation of high-quality garden, park, and sports lawns.
