The plant forms a dense turf with a fine leaf texture of a blue-green shade. The height of the grass stand at the stage of full maturity varies from 35 to 45 cm.

The variety is distinguished by increased resistance to drought and fungal diseases. A characteristic feature is its natural resistance to glyphosate-based herbicide.

The variety is intended for the turf industry. It is used in the creation of golf courses, in landscaping, as well as for land reclamation and erosion prevention.
