The variety forms a low-growing and dense stand with very fine leaves. Due to the high density of the turf, the variety effectively suppresses weed growth, which makes it sought after for roadside landscaping and the creation of durable lawn coverings.
The plant possesses high drought tolerance and the ability to grow in soils with low fertility levels. At the same time, the variety demonstrates limited salt tolerance during seed germination and may tolerate heavy shading conditions more poorly compared to other fescue species.
