The cultivar is a compact tree with an upright stem. A characteristic feature is its vivid variegation: a dark green pattern along the central vein is surrounded by a wide light-colored border. The area of the light portion of the leaf in this cultivar is significantly larger than in the parent cultivar 'Belga'. In indoor conditions, the plant typically reaches a height of 50 to 180 cm.

The plant is light-loving; in case of light deficiency, variegation may be lost. The optimal temperature range is 18–25°C, while the cultivar is sensitive to cold, drafts, and waterlogging of the soil. To form a lush crown, pinching of the apical buds is recommended, as the cultivar tends to branch weakly. The plant is toxic to pets.
