The variety is an evergreen shrub or small tree with drooping branches. The leaves have an oval shape with pointed ends and a glossy surface. A characteristic feature is the presence of a wide, irregular creamy-white border along the edge of the dark green leaf.

The plant has an elegant, dense crown. Under indoor conditions, the height of the tree typically reaches from 1 to 3 meters, depending on age and crown formation. The variety is used exclusively as a decorative indoor crop for interior landscaping.

The plant is sensitive to sudden changes in growing conditions. Under stress caused by insufficient lighting, temperature fluctuations, or improper watering, partial leaf drop may occur. Sufficient amounts of diffused light are required to maintain the bright variegated coloration.
