The variety belongs to short-day plants. The plant habit is described as small, however, in a number of studies the variety is characterized as vigorous.
The fruits have a size of 4.5–5.5 cm and a dark red color. The variety is distinguished by the stability of taste qualities over the years and is used in commercial production, including regions with a subtropical climate.
Susceptibility to Fusarium wilt and Phytophthora crown rot is noted. The variety may show moderate resistance to Neopestalotiopsis sp.
