The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties «Holstein» and «Sonja Horstmann». The plant forms vigorous long runners, which, when secured to trellises, walls, or fences, create the effect of vertical growth; however, the variety is not a vine and is a regular runner-forming strawberry.

The variety is everbearing and is capable of fruiting from late May to October. The berries are sweet. The plant is characterized by sufficient winter hardiness and is used as a fruit crop that combines functions of vertical decorative landscaping.
