The plant reaches a height of 70–90 cm and forms large bell-shaped nodding flowers, gathered in a spike-like inflorescence. The petal color varies from pale plum to greenish tones, often combining purple and green shades.

The variety blooms in mid-spring, in the period from April to May. The plant is frost-hardy, however, it requires well-drained soils, as waterlogging of the bulbs during the winter period can lead to their rotting. Due to the stem height, it is recommended to plant it in areas protected from strong winds.
