Variety description

The variety is an ornamental plant selected by specialists at the Ljubljana University Botanic Gardens. The outer perianth segments have a rounded shape and reach 2.5 cm in length, featuring a green spot with faded stripes. The inner segments, 1.5 cm long, are marked with a wide horseshoe-shaped green spot.

The pedicels are long, which gives the flowers a drooping appearance; the ovary is oblong, up to 6 mm. In morphological traits, the variety is similar to «La Boheme», but differs in the more rounded outer segments and the width of the green stripes on them. The variety is stable and retains its characteristics under cultivation.
