The variety is a perennial herbaceous plant used for hay and silage preparation due to its high protein content. In recent years, it has been considered as a potential raw material for biogas production.

The plant forms a powerful root system and reaches a height of 1.5–2 meters. The variety is characterized by high productivity, longevity, and the ability to fix nitrogen in symbiosis with Rhizobium galegae bacteria.

The crop is distinguished by high winter hardiness and drought tolerance. The variety does not tolerate acidic, peat, and waterlogged soils well. Good leaf retention is noted during hay preparation.
