The variety forms a tall stand, with a height varying from 80 to 160 cm depending on growing conditions. The crop is characterized by high longevity, capable of growing in one place for up to 15–20 years, and possesses good winter hardiness.

The plant is used for the production of various types of fodder, including green mass, silage, grass meal, and pellets. Its high nutritional value is due to significant leafiness, and the variety serves as a standard in comparative trials of other Galega samples.
