Gladiolus «Big Business» belongs to the group of large-flowered varieties. Its flowers reach 12–16 cm in diameter and are gathered in spike-shaped inflorescences. The plant's leaves are green.

The plant reaches a height of 90–120 cm to 130–150 cm. The variety is intended for cutting and use in landscape design, including border plantings and hedge decoration. Due to the height of the stems, the variety requires staking.
