The plant reaches a height of 120 cm and has strong peduncles with dense inflorescences. The petal color is a combination of red and orange, with white streaks possibly present in the throat of the flower. Flowering occurs from July to September.
The variety requires sunny locations sheltered from the wind and fertile, well-drained soils. Due to the height of the peduncles, staking is recommended. In regions with frosty winters, the corms require annual lifting and storage in a frost-free room.
