Flowers 10–15 cm in diameter have a deep ruby-wine color with an ink shade along the edges of the ruffled petals; buds look almost black before opening. The inflorescence is dense; one flower stalk holds up to 25 buds, of which 5–8 can be open simultaneously.
The height of the flower stalks reaches 90–120 cm. The flowering period occurs from July to September. The variety is suitable for landscaping flower beds and for cutting, retaining freshness in bouquets for more than a week. The corms require mandatory lifting for the winter, as the variety does not overwinter in open field conditions.
