The variety belongs to the group of miniature gladioli bred as a result of interspecific hybridization of Gladiolus × grandiflorus and Gladiolus tristis. The plant possesses a compact structure, which allows for high-density planting and reduces transportation costs.

The flowers have a purple or violet color. The variety is intended for commercial use as a cut flower crop. During the cultivation process, a tendency for stem lodging after harvest may occur, as well as sensitivity to a combination of low light, short photoperiod, and cold night temperatures.
