The variety is a product obtained from the F2 generation of hybrid cotton seeds, the production of which was carried out using male sterility systems. In the 1990s, the variety underwent official testing and was included in lists recommended for cultivation in a number of US states.
The agronomic evaluation of the variety included indicators of fiber yield, length, fineness, and strength. The variety was also used in scientific research on resistance to pests, in particular to whitefly. Currently, the variety is considered obsolete and is not supplied.
