The variety was obtained by crossing Gossypium hirsutum L. with breeding lines originating from G. hirsutum × G. barbadense. The plant belongs to the category of early-maturing varieties with productivity indicators comparable to the Chirpan-539 standard.
The variety possesses good adaptability to various growing conditions and stability of economic traits. Fiber quality in terms of length is comparable to the Avangard-264 variety, while the Darmi variety is distinguished by a higher fiber turnout percentage.
