The variety is intended for the textile industry. In studies of the early 1980s, it was characterized as a variety with high fiber strength, exhibiting a certain tolerance to high temperature stress.

The plant is susceptible to nematodes, in particular to the species Rotylenchulus reniformis. In comparative trials of the past period, the variety demonstrated specific indicators of earliness and productivity, distinct from modern hybrids.
