The plant forms a rosette of green leaves 40–50 cm in length and 3–4 cm in width. The height of the adult plant is 50–60 cm. The inflorescence reaches 25–30 cm in length and 20–25 cm in diameter.
A distinctive feature of the variety is the striking coloration of the bracts, varying from bright red to dark red, sometimes with a bicolored effect. The plant is suitable for cultivation in pots 10–15 cm in diameter and is distinguished by a long flowering period.
