The hybrid was created by crossing lines with cytoplasmic male sterility and fertility restorer lines. In field trials, it demonstrated high grain yield of up to 3.913 t/ha and oil output of up to 1.721 t/ha, with oil content in seeds varying within the range of 46–52%.
Breeding characteristics of the hybrid include high drought tolerance and resistance to major diseases. Its productivity is linked to improved leaf apparatus indicators, such as the LAI index and the duration of leaf functioning.
