Variety description

The plant has a moderately spreading habit. The leaves are oval-cordate in shape, green, with serrated edges, pointed tips, and long petioles. Yellow flowers are located at the tops of stem branches.

The tubers have an irregular ovoid shape and purple-tinted skin. The variety is characterized by good adaptability to various growing conditions and low maintenance.

The chemical composition of the tubers includes inulin, protein, fiber, and mineral substances. The content of components varies depending on the harvest time: the spring harvest contains more free sugars and fiber, while the autumn one contains more fructans and vitamin C.
