The variety possesses a high tuber yield, with tubers characterized by a pleasant taste and delicate aroma. One of the key features of the variety is the high inulin content, which makes it a sought-after raw material in the production of dietary and functional food products.
The plant is distinguished by a vigorous habit of the above-ground part. In agriculture, the variety is used as a nutritional supplement for animals, and the above-ground biomass is used as a renewable energy source for biomass production. The variety is also suitable for forming protective plantings to increase biodiversity.
