The variety forms strong stems 1.7–1.9 m high with a diameter of 1.8–2.4 cm. The plant has medium-sized leaves and produces yellow flowers. The tubers are white, their weight varies from 90 to 185 g, while in some studies the average weight was 26.1 g.

The tubers of the variety show a high inulin content, the amount of which increases during the process of organogenesis. After 20 weeks of storage, essential and non-essential amino acids accumulate in the tubers, including threonine, valine, leucine, and phenylalanine. The variety is used for breeding purposes as a source of raw materials for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
