Variety description

The plant forms a compact rosette 20–30 cm in height and 30–40 cm in width. The leaves have a ruffled structure, their color varies from lemon to yellow-lime shades with contrasting reddish veins. Flower stalks reach 30 cm in height; flowering with small cream-white flowers is observed in June–July.

The variety possesses frost resistance of USDA zone 4, which allows it to withstand temperatures down to -29...-34 °C. Leaf color is resistant to solar fading; the plant tolerates direct lighting and partial shade well, however, it is sensitive to moisture stagnation in the soil. According to some sources, the variety is a sport of the Lime Marmalade variety.

Used in landscape design for creating borders, contrasting accents, group and solitary plantings, as well as for container gardening and rock gardens.
